It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Niebauer (Lake City, Pennsylvania), born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 12, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony S. Niebauer and Lucille S. Niebauer (Luthringer); and his wife Kathleen M. Niebauer. He is survived by: his children, Keri M. Mayes (Darrin), Chris A. Niebauer (Jamie) and Thomas G. Niebauer (Michelle); his sister Patricia Bablak; his sister-in-law Cynthia Brown; and his grandchildren, Tori Mayes, Tyler Mayes, Sr., Airman Derek Niebauer, Shane Niebauer, David Niebauer and Nicholas Niebauer. He is also survived by niece, nephew and several cousins.
