He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver J. Waxham and Elizabeth I. Waxham (Loffi); and his wife Winifred "Winnie" Waxham (Davis). He is survived by: his daughters, Sarena L. Bensur (Dennis) and Rebecca J. Radaker (Donald); his brother Melvin N. Waxham (Jeannette); his grandchildren, Christopher O. Bensur (Renee), Dennis M. Bensur, Dawn R. D'Amico (Ryan), Michelle L. Andrzejewski (Brian) and Christine M. Herrera (Stephen); and his great grandchildren, Isabella Andrzejewski, Carson Andrzejewski, Brady Herrera, Arianna Herrera, Lynnora Herrera, Ashley Bensur, Savannah Bensur, Michael Bensur, Rudy D'Amico, Roman and Ronnie D'Amico. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
