He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Skapura and Florence Skapura (Wasiulewski); and his brother Paul Skapura. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Skapura; and his friend Sharlene Guzzy of Lake City.

In lieu of flowers be made to the Carmelite Monastery of Jesus Mary & Joseph, 430 Monastery Road, Elysburg, PA 17824.
