She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Donald Moyer, Mary Moyer (Derme), Steve Gula and Betty Gula (Yamrick). She is survived by: her parents, John S. of Lake City and Darlene Gula (Sipe) of Lake City; her sons, Alex J. Woytek and Braden M. Gula; and her siblings, Michele Park (Michael), Kim Gula and John Gula Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
