She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Benoit and Grace E. Smith (Peck); her husband Richard A. "Pete" Brown; and her siblings, Elizabeth Grube, Eva Scones and William Bennoit.
She is survived by: her daughter Leanne Fox; her son-in-law James Fox; her grandsons, Colin M. Fox of Indiana and Preston E. Fox of Indiana; and her stepsister Edna Marsteller of Crownsville, MD. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
