He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Horstman. He is survived by: his mother Ceil Weiser Horstman of Erie; his wife Karen White Horstman; his stepchildren, Jamie Carr (Chris Niebauer) of Girard and Lisa Daub (Richard) of Harborcreek; his grandchildren, Cassie, Amber, Ryan Carr, Ben and Richie Daub; and his siblings, Barb Ruff (George) of Erie, Paul Horstman (Laura) of Erie, Mary Beth Czerwinski (Tim Rotunda) of Erie, Suzanne Horstman of Erie, Bill Horstman (Diane) and Joe Horstman (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
