He is survived by: his children, Joe Hermann III of Erie, Chris Hermann (Penny) of Erie, Julee Spurgeon (Gary) of Jacksonville, FL and Kellee Brady of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandchildren, Linlee, Leslie, Joey, Elizabeth, Erica, Dejaron, Kiara, Chris Jr. Victoria, Alexandria, Mitchell and Hannah. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
