He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Murdick and Elizabeth Murdick (Barr); his daughter Peggy Murdick; his siblings, Jennifer Cochran and Don Barr; and his grandson Colby Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Murdick (Mack); his children, Lisa J. Murdick, Deanne Bates (Tony), John Murdick (Roxanne) and Carl Murdick (Margaret); and his siblings, Rita Lawson, Minta Livingood (Ed), Charles Murdick (Joanne) and Randy Murdick (Vicky). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Edder Family Funeral Home (309 Main St E, Girard, PA 16417). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
