He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hudacky and Pauline Hudacky (Vargulich). He is survived by: his daughter Karsyn Hudacky; his siblings, Dennis Hudacky (Susan), Doreen Hudacky and Denise Hudacky; his nieces, Michele, Beth and Megan; and his close friends, Mark Reinelt (Carol), Bruce Billings and Dan Williams (Cindy).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Lake City Fire Company, 2232 Rice Ave., Lake City, PA 16423.
