He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine Finnegan; and his grandparents, Gerald, Theresa Ryan, Hazel and Lloyd Stuck.
He is survived by: his father Richard Finnegan; his wife Christine; his children, Zachary (Melissa), Dustin (Sarah), Shana, Andrew Finnegan, Daniel, Faith and Foster; his aunts, Mary Snyder and Betty Lou Crosby (Allen); his uncle Mike Ryan; and his siblings, Darlene Elwinger (Robert), Donna Kanyar-Twichel, Diana Finnegan (Terri), Donald and David Finnegan. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
