It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Foster of Lake City, Pennsylvania, born in Union City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Brooks and Hazel Gifford Bewley; her brother Tony Brooks; and her stepfather Melvin "Bud" Bewley. She is survived by: her husband Frank Foster of Edinboro; her children, Shawn R. Gwin (Janelle) of Lake City, Josh C. Gwin (Mandy) of Edinboro, Paul M. Gwin (Janene) of Marble, Pennsylvania and Becky Wilson (Bob) of McKean; her grandchildren, Abby, Olivia, Gabriel, Christian and Josh Gwin; her siblings, Pam Fish (Troy), Dinaque Edwards (Tom), Bob Brooks (Vicki) and Dennis Brooks (Jennifer); her close friend Terri Willert; and her friend Walter Whitling.
