He was predeceased by: his sister Toni Ann Fontana Atkins. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Kosmoski; his children, Erica, Natasha, Vincent, Matthew, Noah, Skyler, Willow and Piper; and his brother Anthony Fontana, Jr..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for Billy's children's upbringing and can be sent to 1668.
