He is survived by: his children, Michael, David Booths (Diane), Robert Booths (Susan), Stanley Booths (Susane), Josephine Allen (Thomas) and Valerie Faatz (Richard); and his siblings, Joseph Booths (Marianne), James Booths (Gail) and Regina Lesak. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
