Ruth Van (Lisko) Leuven Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Van (Lisko) Leuven (Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 8, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Lisko; her daughter Deborah Van Leuven; her grandson Moon Shadow Van Leuven; her stepfather Michael Primich; her siblings, Andrew "Sonny" Lisko, Michael "Mickey" Primich and Jean Walsh; and her sister-in-law Julie Lisko.
She is survived by: her mother Helen Zawicki Lisko Primich; her children, Robert "Bobby", Michele "Missy" Krowiak of Lake Ariel and Marcele "Marcy" Swingle (Duane) of Lake Ariel; her siblings, Daniel Primich (Paula) of Olyphant and Helene Oakes of Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Nicholas Krowiak (Carrie), Mariah Knotts (Michael), Jillian Swingle (Will O'Brien), Stephanie Van Leuven (Josh Zofcin) and Alyssa Salak (William IV); and her great grandchildren, Ilisity Van Leuven, Mugan Knotts, Luke Krowiak, William Salak V, Sylvan Knotts and Maverick Zofcin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
