He is survived by: his wife Bertha Mattern (Slocum); his sons, Neal (Maria), Brian (Michelle) and Greg (Wendy); his grandchildren, Ryan (Lala), Johnna, Keith (Molly), Adam (Michelle), Bobbie, Dale Jr., Allison and Conner; his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Isaac, Cameron, Ivan, Hudson, Raymond, Evelynn and Jack; and his brother Herman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
