He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene Black (Swingle); his parents, Willis Black and Frances Black (Daniels); his sons, Leonard Black and Scott Black; and his siblings, Vernice Bartlow and Wallace Black.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Ligus and Christopher Black (Karen); his grandchildren, Santee Black, Andrew Cox, Justin Black and Darlene Black; and his sisters, Alice VanSickle and Doris Shaffer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
