He was predeceased by: his wives, Phyllis Lown, Reba Lown and June Lown; his parents, Loren C Lown and Estella Williams Lown; his daughter-in-law Mary Lynne Lown; and his siblings, Phillip Frisbie and Lois Laabs.
He is survived by: his stepfather Alvie Frisbie; his sons, Loren "Larry" Lown (Jean Marie), Ron Lown (Mary Ann) and Roger Lown (Lauren); his stepchildren, Bonnie Carnie (John), William Ovens (Michelle), John, James (Trudy), Paul (Lorna) and David Mauer (Becky); his sister Veldora McCane; his grandchildren, Megan Arvonio (Marc), Jillian Cerutti (Tim), Jessika Milewski (Rich) and Kelly Lown (Sean); his great grandchildren, Austin, Ella, Lyla Arvonio, Sienna Gaitan, Vitalia Milewski and Zoe Cerutti; and his close friend Geraldine Kovaleski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family encourages memorial contributions be made to the Cortez United Methodist Church, 967 Cortez Rd, Jefferson Twp PA 18436.
