She was predeceased by: her husband Henry K. Schneider; her parents, George Schlenkar and Gertrude Neuman Schlenkar; her son Tyrone Schneider; and her sister Jacqueline Kikley.

She is survived by: her daughter Karen Evans (Joseph Sostak) of Newfoundland; her sisters, Eileen Crews of California and Elizabeth Wobensmith of New Jersey; her grandchildren, Amanda and David Evans; and her great grandchildren, Coleman and Caden Seagraves.
