He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Sinclair-Moore (Michael); his grandchildren, Kayla Bullock and Austin Phillips; his great grandchildren, Odin and Lincoln Bullock; his grandson Anthony Phillips; his sister Kathy Parise (Tom); and his former wife Cathy Loughney Kacer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
