He was predeceased by: his parents, James V. Dugan and Vera H. Dugan. He is survived by: his sons, James L. Dugan (Joanne) of Tooele and Leonard T. Dugan (Nicolle) of Lake Ariel; his grandchildren, James V. Dugan, Ryan L. Dugan, Hailey L. Nelson, Todd Dugan, Lauren Graham, Matthew Hill, Jaclyn Dugan and Rebecca Granata; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Nelson, Ellie Dugan, Reagan Graham, Rylee Graham, Grady Graham, Owen Granata and Cody Dugan.
