He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Jaggars and Sandra Jaggars. He is survived by: his wife Joan Fortuner; his son Jeromy Jaggars (Melissa Cohen) of Forest City; his siblings, Rev. Barry Jaggars (Penny) of Great Bend, David Jaggars (Eileen) of Lake Ariel, Charlene Purnell (Keith) of La Crosse, WI and Randy Jaggars (Jill) of Moscow; and his aunt Merel (Audrey Jaggars). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and an uncle.
