He was predeceased by: his siblings, Delores Courtright, Beatrice Maines and Robert Reilly; his grandson Cole Parkins; his former wife Rev. Betty J. Reilly; and his pet Buddy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Parkins (Robert) of Elmhurst Township, Sandra Field (Dirk) of Willow Spring, NC, Brenda Alfano (Vito) and Michelle Reilly of Moscow, PA; his grandchildren, Dirk Field (Sunday), Curt Parkins (James), Cassandra Fishback (Jeremy), Kyle Parkins (Kalee) and Alexandria Alfano; his caregiver Barbara Bowen Prompton; his son-in-law Timothy Budnovitch; and his siblings-in-law, Mike and Nancy Giberson. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Edward's memory to St Jude's Children's Hospital.
