She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Hazen, Jr.; her son David Hazen; her sisters, Celia Chapman, Mildred Webster and Evelyn Black; and her parents, William Laird and Norma Laird.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary (Lillian) of Lake Ariel and Daniel (Lu) of Sugar Land, Texas; her grandchildren, Tamara Hodorawis (Brian), Nathan Hazen (Maria), Alyssa Hazen and Erica Hazen; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Jared, Eric, Rachel and Paige; and her daughter-in-law Jinney Kinney Hazen of Dedham, Maine..
