He is survived by: his children, Michael, Zyrah, David (Heather), Victoria Constantine (James) and Nicholas; and his grandchildren, Jameson, Maddyn, Kaius, Kaeden and Rylan.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Dave's honor to St. John's Episcopal Church PO Box 118, Hamlin, PA 18427.
