He is survived by: his parents, Calvin Lowell and Nancy Lowell (Wade); his children, Ryan Lowell and Rae Lowell of Philadelphia, PA; and his siblings, Meg Steinard (Gary) of Westbrookville, NY, Brett Lowell (Regina) of Lexington, SC and Chris Lowell (Norma Ericson) of Lemore, CA. He is also survived by his fiancée and spending time with his children and sister.
