He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin and Emma Bidwell Chumard; his children, Matthew Chumard (Starr) and Jennifer Efferson (Nathan); his stepchildren, Mellissa Kerrigan, Frank Roche (Linda) and Michael Buck (Alkaline); his grandchild Pop Pop; and his siblings, Robert, Ben and Lois. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
