He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Hollister and Alta Brown Hollister; his sisters, Elma June Shaffer, Martha Ball and Bonnie Hollister; and his grandparents, Tracy, Susan Hollister, Leon and Emma Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Anna Schafer; his children, Deborah Gromlich (Dale) of Madison Twp, Darrell Hollister (Joann) of Lake Ariel, Bradley Hollister (JoAnne) of Jefferson Twp and Tom Hollister (Susan) of South Canaan; his siblings, Verona Williams (Tom) of Tunkhannock and Rev. Harold Hollister (Ruth Hollister) of Waynesboro, PA; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Stacy, Jason, Ashley, Chad, John, Benjamin and Grace; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Cameron, Cheyenne, Autumn, Brayden, Zane and Finley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
