Barbara (Sledzinski) K. Phillips Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara (Sledzinski) K. Phillips (Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania), born in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 19, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kosteck Sledzinski and Josephine Martinkovitch Sledzinski; and her half-sister Elizabeth Reed. She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Phillips (Jeff Hennings) of Newfoundland and Carrie Beveridge (Ben) of Colorado; her siblings, Alice Christopher (Ed) of South Canaan, Victor Sledzinski (Marsha) of Ledgedale and Stephen Sledzinski (Susan) of South Canaan; and her grandchildren, Merissa Phillips of Wyoming, Paige and Nicole Beveridge of Colorado. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
