She is survived by: her husband John F. Ratajczak; her children, Renee M. Musto (Ronald) and John D. Ratajczak (Mary Ann); her sisters, Melva McGardle and Gloria Annawalt; her grandsons, John A. Ratajczak, Evan and Kyle Musto; and her great grandchild Carson John Ratajczak.
