She was predeceased by: her parents, Elaine Billings (Knorr) of Surprise, AZ and Albert C. Billings of Mountain Top, PA.. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa L. Mancini of Summerville, SC; her fiancé Bernard G. Sisko; and her brother Brian D. Billings (Dallas). She is also survived by aunts, cousins, and dear friends.
