She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Madelyn, Albert Holley and Thomas Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Stephen Joseph and Adeline "Cookie" Smith (Angerson); her sister Stephani Joy (Mark Lukachinsky); her nephew Brody Rae of Wapwallopen; and her brothers, Mark Svadeba, Plains and Desi Smith. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and gone too young cousins.
