He was predeceased by: his parents, William Donnelly and Helen Scalonge Donnelly. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Nyzio Donnelly; his children, Dr. Patrick (Ania Donnelly) of Pittsburgh and Alana Donnelly (Luke Metzler) of Pittsburgh; and his siblings, William "Billy" Donnelly (Mari) of Scranton and Patricia Kozicki (Richard) of Easton.
