She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester E. Bortz and Stella V. Bortz (Mislak); and her husband Mario Malvizzi. She is survived by: her sons, Marc Malvizzi (Debbie), Laflin, John Malvizzi and Hanover Twp; her grandchildren, Brian, Christopher, Nina, Drew and Marc, Jr.; and her great grandchild Travis Mendoza.

The family requests that flowers be omitted and memorial donations may be made to St. Maria Goretti Church in Cheta's memory.
