Sally Pullman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2020, at the age of 101, Sally Pullman of Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania, born in Bristol, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John S. Pullman, Jr.; and her brother John Thayer Hitchcock. She is survived by: her daughter Sally Pullman-Mooar; her son-in-law Pekka Antero Mooar; her son John H. Pullman; her daughter-in-law Laura Elise McGhee Pullman; her grandchildren, Lakin Caldwell Pullman, Jaime Marie Pullman Beaulieu, Ethan Pullman Mooar, Rebecca Hitchcock Mooar Kelleher, Sarah Kasanen Mooar and Dana McGhee Malone-White; and her great grandchildren, Sally, Netta, Lakin, David, Shea and Ragnar. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to the distance and the Covid-19 pandemic, virtual services will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mrs. Pullman's honor to: Salmon Brook Historical Society, Earthjustice, National WWII Museum, Vermont Land Trust, First Congregational Church (Granby), Yale School of Nursing, WNPR Radio, Environmental Defense Fund, CT Humane Society, National Parks Conservation Association, Greenpeace.
