He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Fedalen and Ruth C. Fedalen (Richards); and his wife Barbara Ann Mellor. He is survived by: his children, Paul D. Fedalen (Courtney) of Coudersport and Hope Doughty (Jon) of Herman, ME. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
