He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Curtin and Louise Curtin; and his siblings, Neil Curtin and Jo Miller (Bruce). He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Ryan, Courtney, Meghan and Kelsey; his mother-in-law Teresa "Mimi"; his siblings, Tom Curtin (Kate), Anna Curtin (Don), Libby McGrath (Jerry) and David Curtin; and also Boomer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in John's name be made to the Philadelphia Young Quakers (via the Netter Center for Community Partnerships) or Alliance for a Living Ocean.
