He was predeceased by: his daughter Suzanne Bottinger. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughter Diana Kustra (Jack); his grandchildren, Jaclyn Pescatore (Chris), Victoria Kustra and James W. Kustra; his siblings, John Bottinger (Margaret) and Edith Bottinger; and his great grandchild Christian Pescatore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
