Grace J. Opiela Obituary

We bid farewell to Grace J. Opiela of Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 24, 2025 at the age of 89. Grace touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen J. Opiela, Jr.; her parents, Julius L. Renner and Mary Renner (Kelly); her siblings, Thomas Renner, James Renner, Mary Ebersole and Teresa Kelly; and her grandson Mark Ambler Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Eileen Ambler (late Mark) of West Conshohocken, PA, Diane Lockard (William, Jr.) of Fort Washington, PA, Denise Opiela (John Collevechio) of Worcester, PA and Stephen J. Opiela, III (Heather) of Stevens, PA; her grandchildren, Brian, Ellen, Jaclyn, William III, Lisa, Michael, Emily and Stephen IV; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Courtney, William IV, Nathan, Henry, Julia, Sophia, Ella, Anne and Grace.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Matthew's RC Church (219 Fayette St, Conshohocken, PA 19428). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:45 AM at the St. Matthew's Cemetery.
