She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hylinski and Mary Alice Hylinski (Hoy); her son John "Jack"; and her brother Steven Hylinski (Barbara). She is survived by: her husband National Packaging Systems of Allentown, PA; her former husband Kevin J. Flanagan, Jr.; her sons, Kevin, Matthew, Andrew (Alessandra) and Michael; her friends, South, Alexandria, Charleston and Savannah; her sisters, Carol Pishock (James), Patricia Adams (Wayne) and Jane Morrison (Edward); and her goddaughter Eleanor Morrison.
Elaine survived a battle with breast cancer in 2018, a fallen tree that destroyed her home in 2019 and the COVID times.
