He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth and Jeannette Bulmer (Rozendal); his wife Lisa Camille Bulmer (Dacunto); his children, Jessica Hildebrand (Michael), Elizabeth Stelling (Michael) and Brandon James Bulmer (Jessica Milbauer); his grandchildren, Karliegh Rose and Hunter Raymond; and his sisters, Joan Fulmer (James) and Bonnie Bulmer. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
