Cobb of Towanda, PA, Terry A. Cobb (Terry) of Wyalusing, PA, Robert D. Wiggins (Patsy) of Johnson City, TN, C. David Wiggins (Nancy Parsons) of Sayre, PA and Joanne M. Adams (Burton) of Colley, PA; and his close friend Bill Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and cousins.
