He is survived by: his close friend Terri Gates; his children, Shelly Franklin Darling (Floyd) of Springville, PA, Stacey Franklin Hummel (Andy) of Mehoopany, PA, Stanley Franklin, Jr. of Laceyville, PA and Joshua Franklin (Katie) of Meshoppen, PA; his stepsons, Christopher Gates (Tracy) of Meshoppen, PA and Ryan Gates (Kristen); and his siblings, Gene Franklin of State College, PA, Barbara Hoover (Robert) of Wyalusing, PA, Francis Franklin (Leona) of Rome, PA, Bonnie Westbrook (William) of Towanda, PA, Betty Franklin (Ray Yonkin) of Dushore, PA and Paula Vanderpool (Walt) of Monroeton, PA. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
