He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew R. Harcarik and Helen Kozic Harcarik; and his brother John Harcarik. He is survived by: his wife Susan E. Prentice of Laceyville, PA; his children, Andrew, Michael Harcarik of Raritan, NJ and Kimberly Harcarik (Robert Kozic) of Bangor, PA; his sister Carole Clark of Pueblo, CO; and his nephew Jonathan Clark of Nampa, ID. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
