With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iona Saylor Sheehan of Laceyville, Pennsylvania, born in Meshoppen, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 17, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Welles Saylor and Evelyn Jayne Saylor; her husband James "Herb" G. Sheehan; her granddaughter Meghan Sheehan; and her sister Helen Ridgeway.
She is survived by: her sons, Lanny (Susan Sheehan) and Kevin (Gwen Sheehan); and her sister Sally Lacey of Lakeland, FL. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
