He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Pennay and Doris Warner Pennay; and his siblings, Ruth Downing, Clara Hallstead, Eula Dalo, Mildred Goodwin, Eugene Pennay and Clarence Pennay.
He is survived by: his daughter Ina Bradish (Brian) of Laceyville, PA; his grandchildren, Anthony Bradish of Laceyville, PA, Alex Bradish of Laceyville, PA, Kyle Bradish of Laceyville, PA and Tonnelle Bradish of Laceyville, PA; his former wife Bobbie Dyer of Durrell, PA; his nephew William Soulliard (Elaine) of Audubon, NJ; his great-nephews, Matt Soulliard and John Soulliard; and his great-niece Julie Soulliard.
