With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Bernadette Lupher (Laceyville, Pennsylvania), born in East Brunswick, New Jersey, who passed away on February 17, 2020 at the age of 64. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Ridler and Josephine Kowalczyk Ridler Boyer; her stepfather John Boyer; her brother Donald Boyer; and her parents-in-law, Donald Lupher and Cheryl Blake Lupher.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen G. Lupher of Black Walnut, PA; her children, Dawn Bluhm (Ashley) of Wyalusing, PA, Kim Krise (Eric) of Canton, PA and Donald Lupher (Lindsay) of Camptown, PA; and her grandchildren, Katlyn, Alexander, Nicholas and William. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
