She was predeceased by: her husband Todd W. Scherer; her father Tim Pitman; and her sister Mary Elizabeth Pitman (Betsy). She is survived by: her mother Margaret Miller (Drachmas); her stepfather Robert G. Miller; her brother William C. Pitman (Angella); her stepsister Denise Schmuhl (Donny); her nieces and nephews, Christopher A., Ana, Abigail, Thespina, Bobby, Alexander and Nikitas; her great-nephew Christopher M.; and her half-sisters, Alexandria Pitman and Ciera Cogburn (Pitman).

Burial will be private in New Bethel Cemetery, Albany Twp., In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport, PA 19533 to assist the family with final expenses.
