He was predeceased by : his father John Russell. He is survived by : his mother Mary Russell (Stumbo) of Boone; his wife Rhonda R. Bowes; his children, Danielle Russell of Des Moines, Amanda Hollinger (Matthew) of Des Moines, Joshua Russell of Kutztown, PA and Carson Russell of Kutztown, PA; his siblings-in-law, Fred and Ruth Bowes of Boone; and his siblings, James Russell (Cheryl) of Boone, Randy Russell of Boone and Cheryll Schell (Matt) of Roland.
