He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Adam (Kauffman) and Irwin C. Adam. He is survived by: his wife Mildred S. Adam (Fink); his daughters, Lori A. (Todd Fenstermaker) of Shoemakersville, PA and Dennille L. (Mark Murphy) of Virginia Beach, VA; his stepsons, Carl J. Penrose (Donna L.) and Robert L. Adam, Jr. (Lynne); his siblings, Diana (Ricky Reber) of Fleetwood, PA, Deborah (Fred Yob) of Fleetwood, PA and Kenneth Adam (Nancy Adam) of Leesport, PA; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Dustin, Jason, Justin, Jenna, Jessica, Marquis and Kasandra. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date due to COVID.
