He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred L. Biehl (Berndt); his parents, Ammon Biehl and Sally Biehl (Hoch); and his siblings, Arlene Wiltrout (Biehl), Elda Stein (Biehl) and Melvin Biehl.

He is survived by: his close friend Helen Hoch of Fleetwood; and his children, Dalton L. (Vickie L.) and Marcia L. Rohrbach (late Timothy N. Rohrbach) of Kutztown.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church.
